So, who is he/she? And what's your favorite film by him/her?

My right now would have to be M. Night Shyamalan, and my favorite film of his would have to be Unbreakable, simply a masterpiece.

1. Tim Burton. My favorite film from him has to be Mars Attacks/Nightmare Before Christmas/Beetlejuice
2. Kasuhiro Otomo. My fav is Akira.

I'm a fan of Shyamalan as well, but I just saw The Happening, and unfortunately, it just plain sucked. ._.' Don't waste your money on that one, friend.

Guillermo Del Toro, and my favorite film by him at the moment is The Devil's Backbone. Though, Hellboy II looks awesome. XD

Yeah, that's the third movie of his I saw (even though it was his second.)

It was on recently on SciFi, so I got to see it again. Critics didn't like it because of the lack of dialogue, but it was purposefully subtle.

It was very well done.

To be honest, i'm surprised it had less dialogue than it had, since it was  a psychological thriller.

It was my first lol.
