There's a lot of stuff that I want to buy because they get AWESOME reviews, but can't because bookstores suck and won't have it on stock. Such as:

To Terra (saw it ONCE, and I was broke and didn't have the time to read it)
The Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service
Phoenix
The Push Man and Other Stories (which I have seen, but never have the cash to buy)
Abandon the Old in Tokyo (same as above)
Mechademia

so please tell me if you guys see these in any stores (even though you live nowhere near me, it's more so I can at least hope that they sell them in regular stores, since it doesn't seem like you guys go to specialty stores)!

YAY!!! I bought Apollo's Song (now I can say that I own a Tezuka and am not a n00b) and Tekkonkinkreet! They were both pretty expensive, but Apollo's Song is 500 pages and by OSAMU FREAKING TEZUKA and the other one has the complete series, a poster thing, an art cover, and an interview with the director (an AMERICAN no less) who made the anime movie for it, which I'd like to see at some point. I want to dive into them, but I have a library book that I need to finish before it's due (and I'm having trouble finding it because my mom keeps stealing it from me to read) and homework =T_T= Once I get a chance to read them a give a review!!!

alrighty, JUST finished Apollo's Song and it was AWESOME!!!! LOVED it! I felt so bad for Shogo!!!
