I've been watching this horror series on Youtube called "Higurashi no naku koro ni" (they released it here as "When They Cry" but that's not what they call it on Youtube) that I'm totally obsessed with. The series is composed of a bunch of 4-to-5-episode story arcs from a video game series--they all start the same way, but each one takes a different turn, so that a character who dies in one arc is the psycho in the other. The cool thing is the visuals--it's the typical cute-moe-big eye thing, which actually works really well in contrast of the characters' personalities.

It's kinda hard to explain the series, but think of it like this: take Hinata and Chiyo-chan, give them hatchets, needles, ancient torture devices, and a drug that makes people claw at their own throats, and throw their mental stabilities out the window and you'll basically have this series.

I've only seen the first 3 arcs, but my favorite has been the second. That first few minutes when that chick started stabbing herself in the head was AWESOME.

yay! I finished the first season! I think my favorite arc out of all of them was the Eye Opening chapter, which was actually the answer arc to my old favorite (the atonement chapter was cool too, but there wasn't enough blood). They also explained why the hell the series' so weird: it's groundhog's day, only more terrifying!

I wanted to watch some Horror Anime if Only I could. But this is interesting. I tried going to Youtube today and Sakura hater 1 was walking past and decided I’ll logged off. And he’s still is.
