Clothes/Clothes arrangement: Coat, striped shirt, ripped jeans, black shoes.
Other worn items: None
Appearance: Tall, red eyes. Usually has blood stains on clothes.
Hair: Long, Blonde, unkept (Think post-explosion Mello)
Weapon: Katana, Keeps it lodged in his body, pulls it out of his throat when he needs it.
Attitude: Sadistic, mean, generally not a very nice person. There are actually some people who he gets along with but not many.
Story: Hasegawa doesn't really have a story. One day he just snapped, and started killing people. He became a runner, not because he doesn't like what the do, but just to kill them. As time passed by, he became more and more insane. He finally reached the point where his body broke free. He gained the ability to go many strange things with it, such as extend his tongue, turn his eyes red, spiral himself up, hide things within his body, and control the functions of his organs. Not a very pleasant person to be around.

Weapon: Dual Pistol (Think Ebony and Ivory from Devil May Cry)
Attitude: Very good person, but if you do anything bad to him or his friends, he'll get back at you for it.
Story: Reiji was born in a third world country wiped. When he was 13, his Village took a plague, he was the sole survivor, living him to be a nomad.  9 years later now 22, you see much mature, stronger, and smarter.

@Jacket/shirt: No. It has to be the standard uniform jacket/white shirt. After all, you are a Soldat.
@Weapons: You can either have the two guns, the rapier, or a weak gun and sword. About the knife, it can't be a standard weapon. It's only a tool.

Please pay more attention to your class attributes next time.

P.S., if you're going to totally Copy n' paste what I say, don't include the top part.

I just copied and pasted the form. Also, the hell was I supposed to know what a Soldat wore? Then if that's the case switch me to neutral.

I don't know..., By actually paying attention to the info thread?

I don't know if my wepon is "allowed" but its kinda necessary to the character's storyline. If I can't use it, tell me and I'll make another character...
Name: Major General Akane Hitsugi

Clothes: Uniform, sleeve rolled up on the right arm, uniform is fitted (aka tailored so it fits nicely)
Other worn items: White gloves, earrings with large roman crosses on them.
Appearance: 5'8", Blue eyes
Hair: Black with a purple tint, put up(kinda like Rikku in FFX except longer)
Weapon: metal arm (i'll explain)
Attitude: She acts like she doesn't care, but she really does.
Story: When she was about 12, Runners murdered her parents and cut off her left arm in the process (there was a pretty big fight that I'll explain later). She was taken in by Brigadeer General Miyazawa and was trained to fight ever since. The re-fitted her with a new arm, a mechanical one. This arm was fitted with a retractible blade and a pistol. (I hope that works) She got into the army (I'm guessing its an army due to your descrïption)as soon as she could and became the youngest officer to ever hold a high position. She is currently looking for the one who murdered her parents and took her arm for revenge.

Sure, the metal arm should work.

Now that I have three people (Including myself), I start it off soon, and the story should branch off from there.

Ya, I learned Capoeira in my kickboxing class, so it's all good. XD

Yeah, my character HAS to use Nan Chuan Wu Shu aka Southern Style Kung Fuu. (Thats what I teach!)
Maybe add some Jeet Kung Do too...

Since, everyone is having martial arts, i'll just have my guy know Brazilian Jujitsu.

Isn't that capoeira too? (sorry if it isn't, I'm just *slightly* sleep-deprived at the moment... -    -)

No, it's a bit different Brazilian Jujitsu is more of a Ground fighting style, which focuses on Choke holds, joint locks, etc.

While on the topic, I guess Hasegawa uses a fighting style called "Rasrez & Shive" (Nadsat Translation: Rip & Cut). It's as it suggests. Slice it, dice it, rip it, don't stop until you can scoop them up on Nachos. And believe me, Hasegawa would.

Clothes/Clothes arrangement:Uniform top (formfitting), White lab coat with little name tag and inside coat are multiple pockets where she stores weapons/mechanic tools? with red fingerless gloves that have a small square cut out on the backs of them. Knee high boots that tie at the bottom instead at top. and having shorts covered by a pletted skirt that goes 2 inches above the knees. Random red belt that hangs at an angle from the top right waist to bottom left hip. Uniform top, skirt, and shorts are all standard color. Boots are clean but not shiny black and laces are black with the occaisonal blood splotches(she doesn't wash her boot laces.)
Other worn items:a silver anklet type thing that is worn around her right boot. It's an anklet from her past.
Appearance:5ft 7in, slim. large eyes. Her right eye is dark hazel brown. Her left eye is white/gry (like what a blind person's eye would look like) left side of mouth curves up to make a "sicking" smile only when doing her job otherwise normal smile. And permant bruise on her neck that she tries to cover with her coat collar(bruise will be explained bellow)
Hair:Brownish hair that is soft and clean(the kind of hair u want to pet.) Left side has sorta wavy hair that goes about 3 inches past her shoulder. Right side is straight and short(as in about an 1 inch past her chin) Bangs, where the left side of her bangs are long covering her left eye(so long that they go about 3 inches past her sholder. Right side is slightly above eyelashes.The left side of her hair has random dark blue streaks. The right side has light blue streaks in it.
Weapon: Gun, sword, and because she's a mechanic...mechanical tools. (the tools are in weapons because she can throw them at people) and because everone is doing martial arts-she's good at judo/jujitsu with LITTLE knowledge of grappling.
Attitude:Kind to others, but has the whole "everthing is lie, no one understands, my tears will never be seen" persona. But when doing her experiments she's a "sicking person" to watch but as a mechanic she's in her own world going "weeee mechanic stuff!"
Story: Story is not how it is in my mind. (will need to consult creator if accpeted to say real story) but here are parts I can say.
When little a some soldats pretended to be runners knocking her unconsious by choking her.That's where her bruise (you can see where all five fingers where to choke her)on her neck is from. and taking her parents leaving random bloody body parts that real runners foregot about, to make it look like they were murdered. A soldat came to her when she came to and started crying. He said "don't cry. The runners will only laugh at your emotions. Come with me and you can have revenge on the people that killed your parents." So she went with him and as she grew up she became the youngest person to work in the eperimental area and to be a high ranking mechanic.
One day, two "runners" (there is reason behind the qoutes) were chosen to be experimented on. She was incharge. It was one of the most disturbing experiments preformed. As the two "runners" pleded for mercy, she just had her "sicking" smile on and killed them. Later that day, a runner who was being tortured got lose and entered the lab she was working in. IT was on a killing rampage. IT killed 5 soldats and broke a lot of equiptment. But relating to my character, IT took a beaker (filled with a substance I can not say) and broke it by throwing it at the floor. IT was shot to deat.(IT because she couldn't tell if it was a boy or girl) But a little of the substance lannded in her left eye. When a medics looked at her eye she said "I'm sorry but within 3 days...your left eye will be blind." She could still see out of that eye after three days. But what she was auras instead.(if that's ok) That was a few years ago.

Sorry for the uber long everything! I tend to get waaaay to much into detail. And sorry about not having a name. But I would like to be a part of it. And I can change anything or everything if you want.
