I need to rearrange the text some more, but it's from "How I Could Just Kill a Man" by Charlotte Sometimes. I want to make a Shion one with the song "Black Hole" by Be Your Own PET.

EDIT: I couldn't go back and actually change the font color, so I just went over it with white, so now it has a shadow. . .

well, on GIMP, if you want to make a gif from handmade layers, you just have to press "Optimize (for .GIF)" and then it'll put a time on each of the layers. But to make .gifs out of video, I needed to download a separate program called GAP. You might have to do that, which would suck seeing as how you would probably have to pay for it. Why don't you just look for a tutorial online? That's what I did.
