Of course you do. You're a fanboy. But that's not how I see it (I admit, I'm a MGS fanboy). Here's what I've concluded from looking up Lelouche's traits on the internets.

Here's a list of why Psycho Mantis > Lelouch Lamperouge.

#1: The Geass is pretty much a god-mode weapon. But with all weapons like this, there are usually strings attached. Lulu needs to have direct eye contact with his enemy (in this case, Psycho Mantis) for it to work. Psycho Mantis has orange colorings in the lenses of his gas mask. These colorings make it very reflective, therefore almost impossible to see his eyes from a distance. The only to see it is if you are very close to him, which Psycho Mantis would not allow you to do.

#2: Psycho Mantis is *sigh* the greatest practitioner of psychokinesis and telepathy in the world. He can read brainwaves. Every everyday action requires brainwave activity, so it is only obvious that Lelouche would activate his Geass, and Psycho Mantis would move away from him.

#3: Lulu (and I quote from Wikipedia) "possesses the physical prowess of a teenager who engages in little to no strenuous physical activity". Psycho Mantis is part of FOXHOUND, which is an elite special forces for the U.S. When you work for the best of the best in the U.S. military, you gain quite a lot of physical (and also mental, in Mantis's case) strength. Pretty much the opposite of a pampered prince who's power requires no physical strength whatsoever.
